Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of ground black paper
  • 1 tsp honey to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat
  2. Whisk until steaming and frothy
  3. Pour into mug and enjoy!

Green tea


If you are a tea lover, add green tea or lemon tea to your diet. It prevents acne and contains vitamin C along with other nutrients that keep skin naturally healthy and glowing

Clear skin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 (1/4-inch) nub turmeric root, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 walnut halves
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, optional
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. add cinnamon and some honey

Lemon and ginger tea

Ingredients

  • Water – 2 cups
  • Lemon – 1
  • Ginger – 1 tblsp grated

Instructions

  • Take lemon and juice it. Chop the skin into small pieces.
  • Take water in a sauce pan, add lemon skin and ginger. Bring it to a boil. Simmer for 1 min.
  • take it off the heat and let it come to temp good enough to drink.
  • Add in lemon juice.
  • Strain it.
  • Enjoy.
